Angelina Jolie secretly visited an old friend to support her after losing a nasty custody war with ex Brad Pitt last month — her first ex-husband, actor Jonny Lee Miller, 48.
Angie, 46, was caught visiting Miller’s cozy Brooklyn apartment on June 11, arriving with a bottle of wine and staying for three hours. “They never lost touch after their divorce,” a source says of the duo, who met on the set of the film Hackers in 1995, married in 1996, and split in 1997. The source says their relationship is currently platonic — but it wouldn’t be a surprise if that changed down the line. “There’s a ton of respect and love between them, and that will never change. There are not a lot of people Angelina Jolie trusts, but Jonny is one of them. They’ll continue to stay in touch, and hang out when the opportunity allows.”
