Pop superstar Justin Bieber has been forced to deny allegations he sexually assaulted a woman while on tour in 2014. “I don’t normally address things, as I have dealt with random accusations my entire career, but after talking with my wife and team I have decided to speak up on an issue tonight,” he wrote on Twitter, following a viral post claiming he assaulted a woman in Austin, Texas. Providing evidence in the form of receipts, emails, social media, and press reports, the singer, 26, strongly denied the claims.
The unnamed woman alleged the assault happened at a Four Seasons hotel in Austin, Texas, on March 9, 2014, which was the year Justin made a surprise appearance at the South By Southwest music festival. But due to scheduling, Justin said it was impossible the alleged incident took place.
