Things have gotten ugly, fast. Weeks after signing a petition for divorce in New York, the fashion designer, 33, filed for an emergency order to stop Sárközy from kicking her out of their shared apartment; the order has since been denied because, due to the pandemic, NYC courts are only “accepting essential [and] emergency matters,” Lucian Chalfen, a spokesman for New York State Courts, tells Biggerstars.com, adding that “judicial discretion” ultimately determines what is and isn’t essential. Once divorce proceedings do begin, the former child star — who’s worth an estimated $250 million — needn’t worry about losing her assets to French banker Sárközy, 50, who’s worth an estimated $60 million. “She has an ironclad prenup,” says a source. “Her business interests and fortune are protected.”
