Jennifer Aniston has always had a spiritual side, but these days the Morning Show star is taking things to a whole new plane. Jen, 52, “has surrounded herself with psychics and has been doing Goddess Circles with the same group of close friends for 30 years, but now she’s taking courses to learn to heal herself and be her own guru,” shares an insider, who says BFF Courteney Cox, 56, has been a big influence.
“Jennifer Aniston ’s learned a lot from Courteney Cox, who’s had a long-term interest in mediums, astrologists, and horoscopes, and she’s trying to fuse it all together into her own brand of spirituality.”
Since splitting from Justin Theroux, 49, in 2018, “Jen’s had a lot of time alone, which has only deepened her questions about the universe and how she can make the most of her life,” adds the insider. “Jennifer Aniston ’s determined to find the answers through spirituality or through her spiritual side.” Hopefully, she’ll share them!
