The 50-year-old Kill Bill star has been secretly dating divorced father-of-two Peter Sabbeth, also 50, a painter-turned-architect who co-owns a posh design firm in the Hamptons, and friends say “she’s crazy in love”. The dog-loving couple met by chance on a beach in Sag Harbor in May when he asked her to watch his dog while he swam. “Peter had no idea who Uma was,” says a source. “Uma Thurman said OK, watched his dog while he swam, and now, a few months later, they are head over heels and looking to buy a home together.” A long-time friend tells, “She’s living some kind of fairytale romance right now and we’re all jealous as hell! Peter’s absolutely divine – he’s brilliant, talented and has promised to take her around the world on a yacht. “No one’s surprised to see a ring on her finger. It’s that kind of romance – a perfect whirlwind.
